What is Enhanced Texting?
Enhanced texting (MMS) unlocks advanced features that are not available with standard text messaging. To use these features, you must have a Verified Custom Phone Number.
Extended Length: Send messages up to 1,000 characters—no more splitting long updates into multiple texts.
Picture Messaging: Send high-quality photos and images (up to 5MB per message) directly to your members' phones.
Multiple Images: Share more than one photo in a single broadcast and see a preview before you hit send.
Emoji Support: Use emojis to add personality to your messages without worrying about breaking character limits.

How to Upgrade to Enhanced Texting
Get a Custom Number: Log in and navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers to select your dedicated number.
Verify Your Identity: Complete the carrier verification form. This confirms your business identity and ensures your images aren't blocked as spam.
Compose with Media: Once verified, you will see the option to upload images and type up to 1,000 characters in the Message Builder.
