How to Upload a Member List

Purpose: Easily add contacts to your groups by uploading a member list file.

File Requirements:

  • Format: Must be in either .xlsx or .csv format.

  • Filename:

    • Avoid special characters and spaces.

    • Limit filename length to 50 characters or less.

  • Header Row (Pro Tip): For best results, include header names (e.g., "First Name," "Last Name," "Phone Number," "Email Address") in the first row of your file.

Steps to Upload:

  1. Navigate to Groups & Contacts:

    • If you are adding to an existing group, click the "Groups & Contacts" tab, then click the desired group name.

    • Otherwise, click "Add New Contact"

  2. Initiate Upload: Select "Upload File with Contact Names."

  3. Choose File: Click "Click Here To Select Your File" and locate the contact list file on your computer.

  4. Column Mapping: Name the columns in your uploaded file to match the corresponding contact information (Last Name, First Name, Phone Number, Email Address).

  5. Import Contacts: Click "Import" to add the contacts to your group.
