How to Change Your Subscription Plan
Easily upgrade or downgrade your plan in just a few clicks! Learn how to change your subscription and explore different plan options.
1. Access Your Billing Dashboard
Start on your account's Home page.
Find the Account Overview section and click the My Billing link or button.
On the Current Payment Methods page, click the CHANGE PLAN button next to your current plan.
2. Choose Your New Path
The Plan Details page compares the features and prices of the Premium, Essentials, and Paygo plans.
To Upgrade
Action: Click the Upgrade button for the higher-tier plan you want.
What to expect: Upgrades generally take effect immediately to give you instant access to new features.
To Downgrade
Action: Select the lower-tier plan from the options provided.
Timing Options: You can choose when the change occurs:
Scheduled Downgrade: By default, the downgrade will take place on your next billing date. This allows you to keep your current plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Downgrade Today: Toggle the "I want to Downgrade Today" switch to process the change immediately.
New Billing Cycle: If you downgrade today, your new monthly billing cycle will start from the current date.
Total Cost: The "Cost of this downgrade" and "Amount Due" will be displayed before you confirm.
To Switch to Paygo (Pay-As-You-Go)
Action: Select the Paygo option on the Plan Details page.
What to expect: This is a flexible option for infrequent usage. Be sure to review the feature comparison, as moving to Paygo may change your access to certain subscription-only tools.

Save on Fees: You can save up to 2.5% on your costs by using a bank account as your payment method instead of a credit card.
Confirm Your Details: Always check the "Payment Method" section before finalizing a change to ensure the correct card or account is being charged.
Documentation: Use the Print/Save PDF button on the confirmation page to keep a copy of your plan changes for your records.
