We are always working hard to find and fix any issues within our system, as quickly as possible. Our goal is to be your effortless communications tool! If you come across a bug, please contact our Client Success team to ensure it will be fix in an upcoming update.

Bug Fixes

  • Scheduled Updates

    • Schedule End Time can never be less than the scheduled Start Time plus 15 minutes.

      • While selecting the Start Date with opting for a custom End Time, frequently the wrong End Date selected error is displayed.

      • If the user opts for a hard End Date time, only then shows the End Date in the confirmation popup.

      • Maximum Start and End Date should be one (1) year from today.

      • Set Default End Time (when no End Time specified) to current time plus one (1) day.

      • In case of any overlap in Start or End Time on Send/Schedule click, adjust both times according to the user's current time with some buffer (15 minutes).

      • Implement mobile version of Schedule Communication

      • Unable to set End Time, if the user closes the Start Date popup without setting a date and then proceeds to select an End Date.

  • Activation Process

    • Managed account/group is suspended and should only allow the Main Account user to complete the activation process.

    • Updated/Impacted flows - Managed & not managed accounts:

      • Activate account

      • Member limit reached

      • No credits (fair usage) to send communication

    • When The Account Manager logs into the Shared Group Account and it is over member limit or paused / suspended, a directive will notify the Main Account Holder that they need to upgrade or reactivate the main account. This is needed in order for them to begin sending messages again.

  • Email Templates

    • Resolve losing email templates from the library.

    • Temporary solution: Lock in messages to prevent them getting automatically deleted.

  • Street Address

    • Losing the Street Address fields that the customers enter in the CC field in the Payment method on file to the processor.

    • Resolve by updating the information after removing the current shown address. Then select the Update Payment green button at the bottom of the modal once all fields have data in them.

  • Toaster Improvements

    • Hide the Fetch Groups Toaster associated with the Client Care and Customers to remove confusion due to its relevance.

    • Removal of “An error occurred, unable to fetch groups” toast notification from all locations (a total of 6 areas).

    • Modifying toaster verbiage to read “Something went wrong. Unable to fetch groups”.

  • Import Improvements

    • Throw error if the following:

      • Import File Name is too long (50 character limit)

      • Empty uploaded file

      • If we have columns with data that have any columns that show select for mapping, treat that as a ‘Do Not Import This Column’.

      • Acceptable file format: xlsx or csv only

      • During the Import process ensure that at least one (1) field has been properly mapped before allowing the import to process.

      • If no fields have been mapped for the uploaded file, then show a toast error message and stay on page for mapping.
