Using Live Answer Transfer (LAT) Feature

Live Answer Transfer (LAT) is available for Premium Unlimited Monthly Users only. Currently, the feature is only available for phone calls (no text or email).

To use this feature,

  1. Record a message

  2. Select Caller ID

  3. Check the box for Live Answer Transfer

  4. 4th Step Select your transfer number or Add one to select.

Note: make sure the number used can support the number of transferred calls. Or, if the line is busy, they can leave a message/send an email to connect.
