Look for "Live Answer Transfer" in the list of features.
If your plan doesn't include Live Answer Transfer, you can easily upgrade to a plan that does.
Upgrade Your Plan (If Needed)
To upgrade your plan:
Go to "My Account" or "Plan Details."
Click on "Upgrade Plan" or a similar option.
Select a plan that includes Live Answer Transfer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.
Add Live Answer Transfer to Your Message
Create a new voice message as you normally would.
On the voice message creation page, look for the "Additional Phone Messaging Options" section.
Check the box next to "Add Live Answer Transfer (LAT)."
Select the phone number you want to transfer calls to. This should be a validated phone number that can handle the expected call volume.
Click "Next" to finish sending your message.
Important Notes:
Live Answer Transfer can only be added to messages sent from the CallingPost website. It is not available through the Call-In system or the CallingPost Mobile App.
