Learn how to easily add contacts to your account individually with our step-by-step instructions. This method is perfect for adding single contacts or small groups.
To get started:
Go to Groups & Contacts in the main CallingPost dashboard.
Choose one of these options:
Create New Group: If you are adding contacts to a new group.
Existing Group > Add Contacts: If you want to add contacts to an existing group, select the group and then click Add Contacts.
3. Click Add Manually.
4. Enter the contact information in the provided fields:
First Name: (Required)
Last Name: (Required)
Phone Number: (Required)
Email Address: (Optional)
5. Click Save Contact(s) to add the entered information.
6. To add more contacts, click Add New Contacts and repeat steps 4 and 5.
Important: For optimal performance and to avoid timeouts, it is recommended to add contacts in batches of 10 or fewer at a time.
You can add 2,3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 contacts at a time
