1. Go to Groups & Contacts and select a group for review
2. Select the Tools option.
3. Select Export Bad Numbers. This list provides the members affected by three failed attempts to connect.
4. Review the exported list. If all numbers listed are bad, select the Tools option-> Remove Bad Numbers. This will remove all numbers identified as bad from the exported list. All good numbers or additional information associated with that contact will remain intact.
