CallingPost was born out of a simple need: effective communication. Back in 1995, youth soccer coach Phil Alexander found himself spending more time coordinating schedules and events than actually coaching. The endless phone calls were a drain on his time and energy. He knew there had to be a better way – and there was! That's how CallingPost began.

CallingPost allowed Phil to reach his entire team instantly, freeing him up to focus on what mattered most: coaching the kids. Word spread quickly to other organizations like churches and schools, and they soon discovered the power of CallingPost, too.

Who Uses CallingPost?

Today, CallingPost serves a diverse range of organizations, including:

  • Churches: Communicate with your congregation about services, events, small groups, volunteer opportunities, and more. Keep your community connected and informed.

  • Small Businesses: Reach your customers with promotions, appointment reminders, special offers, and important updates. Build stronger customer relationships and drive sales.

  • HOAs and Communities: Notify residents about meetings, maintenance schedules, community events, security alerts, and important announcements. Keep everyone in the loop and foster a stronger sense of community.

  • Civic Groups: Organize volunteers, announce meetings, share updates on community projects, and mobilize support for important causes. Streamline communication and make a bigger impact.
