CallingPost was born from a simple need: effective, efficient communication. Back in 1995, youth soccer coach Phil Alexander found himself spending more time coordinating schedules and events than actually coaching. The endless phone calls were draining his time and energy. He knew there had to be a better way – and there was! That's how CallingPost began.

CallingPost allowed Phil to reach his entire team instantly, freeing him up to focus on what mattered most: coaching the kids. Word spread quickly to other organizations like churches and schools, and they soon discovered the power of CallingPost, too.

While it started with simple phone calls, CallingPost has embraced modern technology and is now a powerful Progressive Web App (PWA). This ensures our platform is accessible on any device, anywhere. We are a growing company that is committed to helping communities stay connected.
