What is the "Print Quote" Feature?
The "Print Quote" feature allows you to generate a clean, professionally formatted document of your current plan quotes or Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credit estimates directly from the CallingPost Web App. This feature is designed to simplify the sharing and approval process within your organization.
Step-by-Step Guide to Printing Your Quote
You can print any eligible quote or estimate page by following the simple steps below.
1. Navigate to the Pricing or Billing Page
Log in to the CallingPost Web App.
Navigate to your Billing or Pricing section
Example: If printing a Pay-As-You-Go estimate, navigate to the area where you calculate or view credit package costs.
2. Generate and View the Quote/Estimate
Use the necessary tools to generate the quote or estimate you wish to print (e.g., picking the number of credits or selecting a specific plan).
Once the estimate or quote details are visible on the screen, look for the new feature button.
3. Use the "Print /Save PDF" Button
Locate and click the "Print Quote" button. This button is typically found near the top or bottom of the estimate section.
Note: The system will automatically format the page with the new professional layout before activating the print dialog.
4. Print or Save the Document
A standard print dialog box will appear.
From here, you have two options:
To Print: Select your connected printer and click Print.
To Download (Save as PDF): Change the destination setting from your printer to "Save as PDF" (or a similar option, depending on your browser and operating system). Click Save and choose a location on your computer.
The printed or downloaded document will feature the official "CallingPost Quote" title and include all the necessary details for sharing with your finance team, board members, or other decision-makers.
